The Perfect Love Story Begins Here - A Chinook Photography Wedding at Bear and Bison Inn

Maegan and Darren's wedding on August 20, 2021, in Canmore was a truly unforgettable experience! Although the smell of smoke from the summer fires still lingered in the atmosphere, we managed to capture some stunning photographs of the beautiful couple, the fabulous venue, and the breathtaking scenery surrounding us.

Darren's day began with a spectacular view of the majestic Three Sisters mountains, as he and his party enjoyed a hearty breakfast at the Stewart Creek Golf Course. The bride, meanwhile, was getting her hair and makeup done at the charming Creekside Villa. The ceremony took place in the picturesque Quarry Lake Park, overlooking the turquoise-blue water and the rocky peaks of the Canadian Rockies. Guests fanned themselves with wooden fans and sipped on chilled lemonade as the couple exchanged vows, surrounded by family, friends, and a few curious onlookers - squirrels, chipmunks, and birds who couldn't resist a peek at the elegant affair.

By adding more time to the wedding day package, we were able to capture the minutest details of this special day - the intricate lace on Maegan's dress, the touching words in Darren's speech, the tears of joy and laughter from the guests, and of course, the stunning natural beauty that surrounded us wherever we went. It was truly a day to remember, filled with love, laughter, and a little bit of smoke - a reminder of the power of nature and the resilience of the human spirit.
